Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development are key components of our corporate culture. The company is committed to practicing the CSR philosophy of “creating returns for shareholders, valuing employees as precious assets, generating value for customers, and contributing to social prosperity and development.” By understanding the needs of stakeholders and continuously improving the operation of the SA8000 social responsibility management system, we integrate social responsibility into our corporate strategy and continuously enhance our CSR performance and initiatives. While pursuing economic benefits and protecting shareholder interests, we also act with integrity to safeguard the rights and interests of other stakeholders, particularly our customers, by providing environmentally friendly and compliant products, improving after-sales services, and achieving a win-win situation for all parties.
(1) Protection of Shareholders’ and Creditors’ Rights
The company has established a sound corporate governance structure that is continuously refined to ensure that all shareholders enjoy their rights openly, fairly, and equitably. We diligently fulfill our information disclosure obligations, ensuring that all disclosures are truthful, accurate, timely, complete, and fair, without selective disclosure or premature release of non-public information. In addition, we strengthen investor relations management, providing multiple communication channels such as online platforms, telephone, and email, creating a favorable interactive environment for investors.
(2) Protection of Employees’ Rights and Interests
In accordance with the Labor Law and other relevant regulations, the company has established a comprehensive human resources management system and a complete compensation and benefits framework, including social insurance and housing funds, without ever delaying payment of wages or contributions.
